Mathew Tracy
Matt is focused on identifying new business opportunities and achieving results that lead to the overall satisfaction of every client.
A native of Boulder, Colorado, Matt earned his business education at a local community college. Working with experts across all walks of life has helped Matt build his analytical skills, effectively communicate with clients, and fully anticipate the big-picture impact of day-to-day decisions. Matt's experience in managing contracts for some of the most luxurious hotels in Vail, Snowmass, and Aspen has allowed him to understand the importance of being meticulous and ensuring each client is treated with an individualized experience.
Sharing a passion for giving back to the community, Matt and his wife, Kimberly, work together to foster a community conducive to the intellectual, emotional, and interpersonal development of their children Zeke and Zoe. Matt spends his free time backcountry snowboarding, attending concerts, hiking, camping, traveling, and entertaining friends and family.
Josh Leach
Born in the Vail Valley, Josh was lucky enough to access world-class beauty and endless hours of outdoor recreation, which developed his deep-seated appreciation for the outdoors. After graduating from the University of Denver with a Bachelor of Science in Psychology and Biology. After spending many years out of state, Josh and his wife wanted to start a family, his fond memories of the lifestyle and culture of Vail propelled their decision to move back home.
Now a father of two kids, Josh has positioned himself in the property management industry as an Operations Manager, doing his part to take care of over 3,600 homes. Josh specializes in on-site management, inspections, maintenance needs, organizing vendors, and local concierge services.
